Mohannad Zaza is Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Phoenix Group Consortium (PGC) and a senior executive of Velixon Global Group of Companies, combining military leadership with institutional business development.

Military Career & Strategic Roles (1996–2018)

He served over two decades in the Jordanian Armed Forces, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel (Staff Officer). His roles included senior administrative, protocol, operational, and strategic assignments within the Royal Jordanian Air Force and General Headquarters.

Consortium Building & Commercial Leadership (2018–Present)

He co-founded and expanded PowerShields Investment Ltd., Self Power Logistics, Influxed Technology Co., Phoenix Projects Management LLC, and BlackShields Commercial Services. He leads institutional alignment between Phoenix Group Consortium and Velixon Global Group.
